Natalia Genewska is the founder and owner of Solhouse Marbella and she began her career in real estate over 20 years ago, working for some of the biggest companies on the Costa del Sol, until finally setting up her own company, Solhouse Marbella in 2022. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Polish and has a rich tapestry of experiences and knowledge having lived in Poland, Canada, the UK and Spain. Natalia was born in Poland and was raised and educated in Toronto Canada, she has a dual Polish-Canadian citizenship. 

After a brief career in the financial industry working for the American company State Street, Natalia moved to Marbella in 2004 and found her true passion for Real Estate. Through her extensive market knowledge, great negotiation skills, understanding each client’s needs as well as honesty and discretion, Natalia has successfully competed dozens of transactions over the years. She specializes in luxury real estate and has built and maintained great working relationships with her clients, many of whom bought multiple properties with her guidance.
