To act as the support function and provide full administrative and creative assistance to the marketing team.
Education
Marketing/Hospitality degree; or equivalent experience
Requirement: to be enrolled in an academic year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with creating copy for Email, Website, App, Digital, paid, and organic social while ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice
- Contribute to promotional activities
- Assisting with social media interaction between the audience and the company (community management)
- Propose, support, and implement community initiatives to grow our user base across social media and other communication channels
- Understanding of Marbella Hospitality Landscape and analyzing the competition to provide new ideas to stay on top of the game.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and provide new proposals.
- Assisting with PR requests, coordinating PR stays, and events
- Assisting with any other requirements of the Marketing Team
Requirements
- Highly organized team player
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English & Spanish; both written and spoken
- Passion & knowledge about the hospitality industry
- Eager to learn
Nice to have
- Experience working with social media tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, etc and implementing social media strategies
- Experienced working with Adobe Suite; including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom
